Do you accept commissioned projects?

I do accept a few commissions a year, please fill out the form on the contact page and include a description of what you would like and also include if there is a deadline I need to meet for delivery of artwork. I’ll get in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the project further. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your commission.

 

Do your artworks come with a certificate?

Yes all original artworks purchased will come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity proving that my work is genuine and authentic. Prints will not come with a certificate.

How do I order?

Contact me with the title of the item you wish to purchase and your address so I can reply with your total cost including the shipping charge. I supply you with a PayPal link and I’ll also confirm the date your purchase will be posted. Once posted I will confirm the item sent and supply you with tracking info (if purchased).


∗ What are your payment terms?

Pay in full via PayPal. I also accept bank transfers. Please contact me to organize this.

 

Do you charge GST?

No, I do not charge GST at this time.


∗ Do you offer installment payment plans?

I’m afraid I don’t offer installments at this time.


∗ Do you have a return policy?

I do not offer returns or change of mind.

If the artwork you receive is damaged please contact me.

 

Do you supply tracking info on purchases?

I offer free tracking on all purchases over $100 AUD. You may purchase tracking if your order is under $100, just let me know you want tracking added when you order.


∗ What shipping options do you offer?

Regular and express shipping via Australia Post. This includes tracking.

 

How long until I receive my purchase?

It will depend on the items you choose and how far you live from Melbourne, as well as the postage type you choose. I send out packages every Wednesday and will let you know when your item will be posted when I confirm your order. Feel free to contact me prior to ordering if you need an item by a certain date and I will do my best to help you.


∗ Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?

Please contact me to discuss your needs.


∗ Do you rent or lease your art and what are your fees?

Not at this time.


∗ Do you use archival, environmentally friendly materials?

Yes, I use archival paper and paints. I do my best as a small business to reuse or use environmentally friendly materials in my art practice and packaging. Due to costs, I do not currently have eco-friendly postage materials, but I am hoping to sell my art on my website to be able to implement this by the end of 2021.


∗ If you print limited editions of your originals, what is the size of the edition?

It depends on the artwork, it may come in A5, A4 or A3 and I will clearly list the size in the description

 


∗ Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, all prints and original artworks will come with a signed certificate of authenticity, printed on recycled paper.


* Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?

Yes, please contact me via the contact page. You can view my Artist Statement on the Portfolio page.


* Do you accept visitors at your studio?

Not currently.


* Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?

Yes, I’m always happy to discuss this prior to or after your purchase.
